The Core Plus Plan offers a comprehensive support package, including one monthly computer servicing drop off for your desktop or laptop. This service covers virus removal, software issue resolution, and system tune-ups.

How can I rely on this to help with my technical issues?

Our memberships allow you to get support for most or sometimes all of your technical issues. A high percentage of our support inquiries are covered by our membership support sessions.  

  What if the issue is bigger then just technical support? 

If your issue exceeds the scope of a standard support session, our Tech Experts will provide personalized guidance and recommend appropriate solutions to get your issue resolved. Please note all of our memberships include discounts towards higher level of service.
